when i got up this morning i weighed myself and was 115 pounds then i had a bagel with cream cheese and went to the gym. before my workout i decieded to use one of the scales at the gym and i was 113.7 pounds. why is this? i had eaten and not worked out yet but weighed less?? which scale should i trust (home or gym)??

She Feels So Down How Can I Help Her?
My friend is in a very difficult position at the moment and i was wondering how i can help her. She is with a short term foster family and is soon going to go to a care home, as if this wasn't enough her Dad and both her brothers are in jail Her mum is not allowed to see her more than 4 hours a week and social services are lying to her father about what her mother has been doing! How do I get my friend to try new things?
Okay, we're both high school freshmen. My friend has been really nerdy all her life. Always getting A's and everything. I'm pretty smart too (I get all A's), but I'm not like her. I don't spend countless hours studying like her. For example, my younger brother (5th grade) and her younger sister (4th grade) go to the same school. We both graduated from there. It's a Catholic school so it goes from kindergarten to 8th grade. So anyway, at our younger sibs' school, they were doing a Christmas program. The Christmas program was happening during the days for our semester exams. I went to the program to support my brother, but my nerd friend stayed home to study for finals. Talk about anti-social! I also try to look my best and pay attention to my appearance, but she's had the same hairstyle all her life (naturally curly and a little past chin length), and when her hair gets to her shoulders she always says "It's getting long, I need to cut it." It irritates me because it would look nice if she grew it out long. She also never wants to straighten it. My parents also never let me go anywhere (eg. school dances) unless she's going too. And she usually never goes! It's not fair. She's never really had a crush on a guy before. I can vent to her about my guy problems, but she can't give advice. I've known her since the 2nd grade, but I only started being friends with her in the 7th grade. It may sound like I don't like her, but it's not true. She just bores me a little. Changing from a chamber muffler to something quieter?
Look on EBay for a tunable muffler (what I call a fart can). I bought one for $20, free shipping, and it was actually a really nice muffler. Nice looking, high polish, adjustable baffles, sounded pretty good on my VW Rabbit GTI.

I am having trouble reloading 45 acp rounds that will feed properly?
I reload with a Lee carbide die set and use the factory crimp die at the end. I am very specific about the correct procedures. My pistol cyles just fine with Winchester 230 gr factory ball ammo, but my reloads mostly jam. The cartridge will lack about 1/8" of being fully chambered. All I have to do is push the slide forward to chamber the round. I have compared all the physical aspects of my reloads to the Winchesters, and everything seems to matchup. I am seeking advice from anyone who knows what is going on. Thanks
What to say to someone who feels guilty about mourning someone's death?
Okay so I know this girl, and her mom was murdered about two years ago. And she never really got over it. She cried at the funeral, but after that, she pretended like it never happened. She's had a really bad relationship with her father for almost her whole life, but after her mom died she moved out (she was only 15). She worked to pay for her own place and refused to stay with anyone else. So now she's 17, and her father just died and old wounds are being reopened. She told me that she feels guilty about being so upset when she didn't even have such an awesome relationship with him. She said and I quote, "I feel so bad about being all upset when so many other people go through SO MUCH worse. How can I sit here feeling sorry for myself when I'm so well off compared to others?" But it's not just her fathers death that's making her upset. I can tell. She feels guilty about where things went (even though he really was downright horrible he was really nice sometimes) with her dad, she's still upset about her mom, and her life is basically crap. She also likes someone but won't go near him cause she's afraid of getting hurt. So instead she pretends she hates him. But her feelings are getting SO in the way of her life and she's too scared to address them. Then only people she talks to - when she talks about her issues at all - are me and our other best friend. She holds in her issues and pretends to be happy but we can tell she's not. And when I try to talk to her, she makes some excuse about being tired or having to study or she completely denies everything and says she's fine. So now she's stuck in this rut where she likes this guy (and he likes her too) but she won't go out with him cause she's afraid of getting hurt (she's had horrible experiences with men in her life, btw) and she won't address her feelings all because she feels guilty about being upset when (as she puts it) there are lots of people that are far worse off than her, so why should she be? So what do I say to that? She is absolutely right about people being worse off than her, but that doesn't mean she can't be upset. So how do I tell her this? How do I make it okay?

Denim never goes out of style. I and it's never considered fancy either. A just above the knee length looks better on most people than a long skirt though.

I would hope not...unless you're half deaf or something. However, you do have good elements to each name. Soleil, Shiloh, Rose, Sebastian and Elliot all sound "cute" - which is what I'm sure you're going for - with your surname. Do your future child a favor and don't name them any of those combos. They're all "ghetto fabulous" and I'm sure they be signing papers to change their names as soon as they hit 18. Trust me.
