My 4 year old husky has terrible seperation anxiety, any tips advice?

He destroyed his kennel, the carpet, wooden door. I've had him for a few months and he's a calm dog when we are near but whenever he has to be put in a kennel since we are at work he destrpys everything near and around kennel escapes and destroys our home. He is like houdini he escapes out of his cage no matter what, any suggestion?
