Question again about Mosin Nagant?

I am buying a chamber insert that allows me to shoot .32 caliber rounds. I read that the .32 autos don't have enough power sometimes to get through the barrel. Would .32 S&W Long and .32 H&R Magnum get out alright? I just want to plink now.
