I have a question about a financial situation on a holter monitor?

Yesterday I went to the Cardiologist and got my heart checked out he did an ultrasound and hooked me up to this machine to check all four chambers of my heart he couldn't find anything wrong except palpitations (went for flutters skipped beats etc).. but nothing showed up so hes pretty sure i'll live:) but hes putting me on beta blockers he wants me to do a lot of cardio workouts as well he wants me to get a halter monitor to see how often im getting the palps but when I called to make an appointment to get one ( i don't have insurance ) they said i need to talk to the financial place i told them I already had but the financial place said they didn't have a bill for me yet and they can't help with halter monitors whats going on does anyone know anything about getting a halter monitor without insurance im very confused
