Where did other police officers come from for Sergeant Ryan Russell's memorial service?

I went from Edmonton and met officers from: New York State Police, New York City, New Jersey, Miami, Mason Texas, LAPD and too many Canadian police departments to mention. There was even one officer there from the German Military Police.
