I only swore into the army national guard ONE time. never swore in the second time can I still get out?

My first swear in was in feb of 2010. I shipped out to reception for bct in august 2010. Never swore in again or signed my contract the second time. I have been stuck in reception with a PREVIOUS injury since I got here its not getting better. I wanted to be in the army but right now I feel going home is the best thing for me. I am not quitting or being a pussy just tired of sitting here wasting my time and americas tax dollars while the physical therapist tries rehabing my injury which isn't helping. Xan I sill get out. I am reenlisting once I am healed up.
