Pallbearer for a funeral...?

If I were you, I would maybe find a moment when you are alone, go to the casket and put your hands on it and see if you start to shake uncontrollably. I think it's nice that you want to do this, but your own safety should come first. So, I would go to the casket, put both hands on it and see what happens. You might be surprised! Nothing could happen and you will be able to be a pallbearer! Good luck and I'm sorry to hear about your grandma! I know it's hard because I just lost my grandpa this past weekend.
