Question about my relationship, Can Somebody Please Help me.?

Me and My Boyfriend just started going together in the middle of December of 2010. So I haven't talked to him since Last Thursday So Last Friday was his grandma's funeral so saturday so I called his cell phone but he didn't answer. so he called me sunday and I didn't hear my phone so when I checked my phone I had seen that he called, so I called his house phone and his mother answered the phone and she said he not home. so later that day he text me. Then I called him and he said he was going to call me back but he didn't so I text his phone and he didn't reply so I went to sleep. so Monday morning when I woke up I check my phone and his baby mother text my phone saying "Look ***** I See The Message Stop Texting My Baby father" So I didn't reply back. So I text him on Tuesday and said if you don't want to be with me or don't want to talk to me no more just let me know straight up. so he reply saying that him and his baby mother was fighting and he didn't know that she wrote that mess to me and he going to call me when he finish putting his daughter to sleep and he never called me so I text him back and said what are you doing and he said nothing then he said I'm drunk young so I said wat and he asked me do I want him to come see me Wednesday I said yes so he said okay I'm going to call you but he never called. so He didn't call me or he didn't come see me Wednesday so I called him last nite and said so what happen to you today I thought you was going to come see me he said he went to see his parole officer and after that he was tired so he went home and went to sleep. So he was talking about he tired last night he wanted to get off the phone so I said okay bye we was only on the phone for 5 min's. It seems like every since I gave him a brand new cell phone and every since him and his baby mother was fighting, He don't call me or text me like that no more. But when we started going together he used to come see me everyday and he would call me every day allday and we would stay on the phone for a long time. I really like him alot and I really wanna stay with him. But what is the problem with him is it me, can somebody please help me make my relationship better?
